Following are the shipment cost for various countries outside Italy.

Shipping method informations, costs and any customs charges are indicated at the time of purchase. Shipping costs and customs dutie are paid by the customer and are charged on the credit/debt card at the time of purchase.

Shipping to Italy is € 8,00

To any other destination  Shipping costs will be quantified and communicated depending on the destination.

The shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the order.

ITALY, shipping is free for total purchase amount above € 250

OUTSIDE ITALY, shipping is free for total purchase amount above € 400

 

DELIVERY ZONES

Products delivery takes place at the address requested by the customer (you do not make shipments to P.O. Boxes)

 

HOW WE SHIP

We deliver in Italy and abroad by the courier SDA EXPRESS COURIER below SDA.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

All orders are delivered by SDA, from 9 am to 17 pm, Monday to Friday. The courier requires “recipient’s signature” upon delivery.

Once the items have been shipped is no longer possible to change the destination address.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Products delivery time is estimated in:

ITALY 2-3 working days

ITALY (ISLANDS) 4-6 working days

EUROPEAN UNION 6-8 working days

You will be asked to provide a valid and complete shipping address for your delivery. Please indicate promptly any change of address.

Is not possible to change the destination address after the shipment.

Jungle Surf will send a subsequent e-mail as shipping confirmation, communicating the tracking number (SDA TRACKING NUMBER)

Partial shipment: when products delivery is shipped in more than one shipment: in this case you will be charged for the amount of the delivered products and the cost of the partial consignment. In case of partial shipment is given notification via e-mail.

Any delays in delivery exceeding 10 (ten) working days, compared with the estimated date of delivery, must be reported promptly to: servizioclienti@junglesurf.it or to the following telephone number: +39 0789 708499 (9 AM till 1 PM – Monday to Saturday) and within 30 (thirty) calendar days after order confirmation.

 

SHIPPING STATUS

The customer can follow the status of the consignment on the SDA website by entering the number of shipment.

The web page will show the exact movements and updated shipment.

PRODUCTS DELIVERY

To ensure the safety of shipping the dispatcher  requires “recipient’s signature” upon delivery, if it’s not possible, the goods are not delivered. If, upon delivery, package is broker or damaged, you must proceed to open the package in the presence of the transporter.

We suggest to check the goods on delivery and verify that the quantity of the products delivered correspond to your order, to check the product is not damaged, or otherwise altered. Any abnormalities should be noted in writing on the carrier’s delivery note. Any problems in the delivery must be reported promptly to our customer service and within 30 (thirty) calendar days after order confirmation.

INSURANCE

All packages shipped are insured against theft / loss and damage from the moment they are entrusted to the courier for shipment to delivery to the recipient. If on delivery, the packaging is damaged, we recommend to refuse the goods or to report on the delivery note that you accept a damaged package.

Once delivered to the address given and withdrawn, the merchandise is no longer covered by insurance.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

If you are not satisfied WITH our products you can ask for a refund or an exchange.

RETURNS POLICY

 

The customer can excercise his right to return products purchased within 10 days from the delivery date.

Returns received ​​after the date above may be accepted only at the discretion of Jungle Surf.

Jungle Surf will refunds the full purchase price of the item returned by the customer only  if accompanied by “Return authorization” issued by Jungle Surf.

Your refund, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to the same credit or debit card used to make the purchase.

To make a return you need to send us an email to servizioclienti@junglesurf.it with the subject “RETURN REQUEST” to get a return authorization number (RMA- Returns Merchandise authorization).

Jungle Surf will send an e-mail with a return authorization and return instructions.

The unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

The e-mail with a return authorization will then be printed and included in the package.

Jungle Surf will send the authorization to return and a pre-compiled return sheet with the destination address, print it out and attach it to the parcel.

the products should be returned in their original packaging, to ensure they are not damaged during shipment.

Shipping costs for returning/exchanging shall be charged  to the customer.

SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE REFUNDED ONLY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS (see Faulty goods) but will be not costs shipping refund if are made ​​by a different country other than the one originally stated as a destination address.

Jungle surf will send an e-mail once we receive the returned merchandise and we’ll start the  refund procedure. The refund shall be made within 15 working days.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Item(s) must not have been worn, used, damaged or alterate in any way. The brand tag and security seal must still be intact and attached to returned items.

If the tags have been removed or the clothes crumpled, the return will not be accepted and will be returned to the Customer, charging the relative transport costs.

We cannot accept returns If you not follow up the Return policy instructions.

 

EXCHANGES

You may only exchange your purchased product for the same colour product, but of a different size, if available,  within 10 days from the date of delivery. Exchange requested ​​after the date above may be accepted only at the sole discretion of Jungle Surf.

To make an exchange you need to send us an email to servizioclienti@junglesurf.it with the subject “EXCHANGE REQUEST”.

You can make the exchange only after you have obteined your exchance authorization from Jungle Surf.

Unauthorized changes are not accepted. Please refer to “Return Policy and Return Conditions”.

Shipping costs for returning goods will be charged to the customer.

We ask you to indicate the new size, respecting the conditions of the return policy. If you want to change product you could request a refund and then purchase  the  new products separately.

 

DEFECTIVE GOODS

A product is considered defective if it is damaged, manifest lack of conformity or fails to meet the brand standards.

It is possible to request the product exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery, following the same steps of Returns / Exchanges .

In such case, Jungle Surf will replace the defective item with an identical one, if available, or repair it, if possible.

The replaced product will be sent to you via courier at no additional costs.

If the replacement or repair of the product is not possible, Jungle Surf will given you a refund as long as you returns the merchandise to us.

In this case, the refund, including shipping costs when it comes to defective product, is made ​​on the same credit/debit card used by the customer for payment.

 

GIFT RETURNS

Gift recipients won’t be eligible for exchange or returns; the return can be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the gift recipient, following the same steps of Returns / Exchanges.  It is understood that the product integrity is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.

 

REFUNDS

Customer not satisfied with the product received may exercise the right of return within 10 days from delivery date.

Please refer to the same mode of delivery of the products expressed in section Returns / Exchanges.

The refund of the price of the returned products it is made ​​within 15 working days, once we receive and inspect the items

The Refund will be made directly to the credit/debit card used by customer for the original payment; Shipping costs are non-refundable

(we’ll pay the Shipping costs in case of defective item – See defective products).

Customs charges and sales taxes are non-refundable for orders placed outside the EU.
